Terms of Service

Muni Nayak Travels provides corporate bus hire and cab booking services in Hyderabad and Telangana, including AC luxury coach hire, AC mini coach hire, executive sedan cabs, and premium SUV cabs. Services are available for corporate clients, businesses, and individual customers for point-to-point travel, employee transport, airport transfers, and event transport.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Making a booking

Bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price paid.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your card details. In the event of a payment failure, your booking will not be confirmed.

Cancellation by customer

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may attract a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged in full.

Cancellation by Muni Nayak Travels

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or force majeure), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative booking at no additional cost.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at [email protected] or call +91 9989803363.

You agree to: provide accurate and complete booking information; ensure passengers are ready at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed time; treat our drivers and vehicles with respect; not permit more passengers than the vehicle's stated capacity; not transport prohibited or illegal items in our vehicles.

Any damage caused to our vehicles by passengers will be the financial responsibility of the customer who made the booking. We reserve the right to charge the cost of repairs or cleaning to the payment method on file.

Muni Nayak Travels carries valid commercial vehicle insurance as required under Indian law. In the event of an accident or incident, claims will be handled in accordance with our insurance policy and applicable Indian law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muni Nayak Travels shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from delays or service disruptions; losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, road closures, or acts of God.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific booking.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or to engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Muni Nayak Travels or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
